Loaded potato soup!

Loaded potato soup! Great for a week night dinner or on a cold day. Always one of my favorites! Comment recipe if you want step by step instructions!

Pack of bacon

1 white onion, diced

4 cloves garlic, minced

3 Tbsp butter

4 cups chicken broth

2 cups heavy cream

2 lbs. russet potatoes, diced

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tbs garlic powder

1/2 tbs onion powder

1/2 tbs rotisserie chicken seasoning

1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/2 cup sour cream

2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
