Smoothies!!!

I prepare this smoothie every morning, and it tastes delicious! First, the NutriBullet blends exceptionally well, especially with frozen fruit. Here are the ingredients I use:

1. Bananas

2. Strawberries

3. Blueberries

4. Raspberries

5. Vanilla Greek Yogurt (I like to use Oikos brand)

6. Honey

7. Unsweetened Almond Milk (my personal favorite is “Califia”)

Freezing the fruit overnight also gives the smoothie a creamier, frozen taste!
