75Medium rules (January 22- April 7)
Okay, I been seeing 75hard all over social media & finally I decided to do it my self.
Never give up. Never surrender. You can do anything if you just put your mind to it.
75hard - seems a little hard for me. I can’t do 2 workouts per day, working full time job. But 75medium seems great for me.
The 75 Hard Challenge is designed to push you to improve in the areas of physical fitness, emotional resilience and mental insight — all within the context that you should press on when faced with indecision, pain or discomfort.
The 75 Medium program is a balanced alternative to the stricter 75 Hard, designed to build discipline and healthy habits while being more manageable for most people.
Below are the rules:
Rules of 75 Medium
1. One workout per day (45-60 minutes):
* Any type of workout is allowed: strength training, cardio, yoga, or stretching.
* No requirement to train outdoors.
2. Follow a balanced diet:
* Choose a diet aligned with your fitness goals (e.g., weight loss, muscle gain, or maintenance).
* Avoid junk food and unhealthy snacks.
* Allow for 1-2 cheat meals per week.
3. Drink 2-3 liters of water daily:
• This is less rigid than the gallon required in 75 Hard, making it easier to stay hydrated.
4. Read 10 pages of a non-fiction book daily:
* The focus should be on self-improvement, education, or inspiration.
* Audiobooks do not count.
5. Limit alcohol consumption:
• Alcohol is allowed in moderation, with a maximum of 1-2 drinks per week.
Key Differences from 75 Hard:
* Only one workout per day instead of two.
* Cheat meals and moderate alcohol are permitted.
* Hydration and diet rules are less rigid.
75 Medium is ideal for those who want to improve their habits and build discipline without the intensity of 75
Hard, making it sustainable for everyday life.
