August 30-day menu planððģ
Come here. This month we started to reduce whole wheat and yogurt and add rice menu. Eat a lot of rice every other day. Because July is considered to be doing well. Weight has gone down. Even a little, but I see the result.
And most of this month's menus will focus on vegetables and make them look a little cleanser. Like curries with coconut milk, some menus will ask for clear water instead. Or have some vegetables in the coconut milk curry instead. Train yourself to not indulge more.
