I started my 75 soft journey back in September 2024. I really enjoyed it. I am doing a 90 day weight loss food and fitness challenge now. I am not a big believer of doing new drastic things in the new year because it’s in the middle of the winter. I start preparing for the new year in the fall. These top five tips have helped me the MOST.

Have you tried any of these? Comment down below which one.

1- Make moving your body a non- negotiable every day. Start with 3x a week. Make it fun! ( Walking while listening to a podcast)

2- Get blood work done every year and focus on the things that you need to. Whether it’s your iron, lowering your cholesterol or losing weight.

3- As you age your body reacts differently to different foods and drinks. Keep a food diary of what you eat and how it makes you feel for 30 days. Your mind will be blown!

4- Take inventory of people and online content that make you feel less than. Delete photos, friends, or social media apps that don’t align with your best and higher self.

5- Go to therapy. Whether it is online or in person, I highly recommended everybody goes for at least a year. It’s not always easy to find the best one so it may take a few tries. ( Prayer helped me) I can’t tell you how much I’ve grown because of therapy. You don’t have to have had a bad childhood to go to therapy. It really helps flush things out that you never thought needed to be flushed out.
