Vanilla Chocolate Chip Loaf

Welp Sorry for not helping you unbig your back 😂

ingredients:

-1 3/4 cup Flour

-3/4 cup of sugar

-2 teaspoons of baking powder

-1/4 teaspoons salt

-3/4 cup of butter soften but not hot

-1/3 cup of whole milk (sub for almond)

-1/3 cup of heavy whipping cream

-2 large eggs (lightly beaten)

-1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

-1 cup of mini milk chocolate chips

cooking directions:

-mix togther dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, salt) in mixing bowl

-mix together butter, sugar, heavy whipping cream (separate bowl)

-Add one egg and 1/2 creamy butter, sugar, heavy whipping cream mixture to the dry flour mixture.mix together until smooth.

-Add the second egg and the remaining creamy butter, sugar, heavy whipping cream mixture. mix together until smooth.

-Pour batter into greased loaf pan

I used a nonstick spray

-Bake for 1 hour and enjoy!
