Seafood sauce, typically made from a blend of mayonnaise, ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice, and seasonings, adds a creamy and tangy zest that complements the natural sweetness of prawns excellently. When cooking giant prawns, I recommend grilling or sautéing them with a light brushing of olive oil and a sprinkle of salt and pepper to preserve their juicy texture. Pairing them with the classic seafood sauce gave each bite a perfect balance of richness and brightness. For a well-rounded full day of eating, I also included side dishes like a fresh garden salad with lemon vinaigrette and steamed vegetables to keep the meal light yet satisfying. Hydrating with infused water or herbal tea helped cleanse the palate between dishes. This approach to a full day of eating proved to be not only delicious but also nutritious, leaning heavily on protein from seafood and fresh, wholesome ingredients.
