Easy Basic Girl Meal prep dinners

I'm super lazy when it comes to meal prep and very little free time

Here's what I do for lunches for work that least me 2 weeks ( 10 shifts at work)

* Pick favorite meat ( I like chicken )

*I boil it in some salted water with a chicken bouillon cube & shred it up

* You can split it up in as many types as you like. I did it in half. but depends on how long you are preparing for you can do 3-4 different meals

1 Half of the chicken I mix with a taco seasoning packet & the other half I mixed with garlic powder and Italian seasoning

* from here you can portion out 4-5oz in to Tupperware, pair with rice, pasta, mashed potato, tortillas ( however you plan to eat it, can stick to one kind of meal or change it up)

** don't forget to add a veggie, I like to just do canned green beans, carrots or corn

** you can also make a large batch of your main side and wait till the morning of to decide what you want that day, or knock it all out at the beginning of the week.
