If you’re on a weight loss journey you NEED to start meal prepping!!

Often times we find ourselves in a loop of not knowing what to eat on our deficit. This has us resorting to snacks in the pantry or foods that don’t align with our goals because we don’t know what to eat! ❌

Take some time to plan our a few meals you love to eat during the week that align with your goals, pick one day to prep them all (I typically choose Sunday) and have all your meals for the week!!

This takes me about 2 hours to do & sets me up for success for the entire rest of the week☺️
