It's made with Cottage Cheese?!
I just made a flatbread and spinach artichoke dip worth Cottage cheese!!! and they taste amazing!! Now I may have blended the Cottage cheese too long, but everything all tasted amazing.
For the flatbread you need:
225 grams of blended Cottage cheese
2 eggs
Whatever seasoning you like. I used garlic and onion powder, pink Himalayan salt, pepper, and dill weed.
mix well and pour into a parchment line baking sheet.
Bake in the oven or air fryer for 20-25 minutes, or until you have a golden top.
for the dip:
114 grams of blended Cottage cheese
140 grams of plain greek yogurt
1/2 cup of finely chopped artichoke (I used already marinated)
1/2 cup of chopped spinach
Shredded Parmesean and Shredded mozzarella (1/4 cup of each mixed into the dip, 1/4 cup of each for the top)
blend everything into glass, oven safe dish, top with remaining cheeses, and put in the oven at 350 for 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted and golden.
the flatbread in a whole it's 310 calories, 37 grams of protein, 12 grams of fat, and 10 of carbs.
the dip in a whole is 376 calories, 42 grabs of protein, 24 grams of carbs, and 11 grams of fat.
I ate all of the flatbread and half of the dip. that's how filling it was.
