Why did we choose this second-hand house???

Well, before, my mother and I went to see a lot of houses.

• The original owner bought it for the child, but the child went to work far away, rarely came to the house, so the owner decided to sell.

• This house, we follow from the second-hand house page, there will be many houses. We have watched many houses.

• This house is really just finished with Renovet shortly and we happened to stop by and feel like it. Everything is perfect for us and my mother.

1. House price

We initially set the house at 2.5-3 minus 5.

The price of the house is an important factor, because at first we really wanted a new project house of 4.xx minus

2. Location

We defined about two things:

- The house must not be far from the MTR.

- Near the big bazaar.

Because we have to travel to work on the MTR, and mothers have to be able to buy things to sell food, and big bazaars get things that are much cheaper.

The neighborhood we live in travels to the MTR station in 10 minutes and to the bazaar in less than 20 minutes.

And our house is near the hospital, near Save One Market, near the mall, near the temple, near the school for us ✅ pass.

3. Funding of the house

We defined three or four things:

- The front street must be wide.

- Must be the corner house.

- The atmosphere is disturbing.

- Number of rooms in the house and parking

From the way we've looked at many houses, the wide street may seem trivial, but even if the house is beautifully decorated,

But the road is small. It's hard to drive or you have to call people back.

With our home budget, maybe getting a house with an area around the house isn't that wide. Choosing a corner house and having a wide front street will be the choice we take to decide.
