First Home Loan Salary Human Edition

# Home RecoveryOur first second-hand back at 24 🧸🎊

Before, we had a post. Why did we choose a second-hand house? Don't forget to read it. < 3

But today we're going to talk about home loan recovery. ✨

🏡 This house we borrowed alone. It costs about 2.65 minus

- Size 27 Sq.w. Living area 92 Sq.m

- 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen

🏡, we filed a loan with Orange Bank in late April 2025.

- We loaned the house with the bank with employee welfare rights. (At first, we didn't know that we also have employee welfare rights. We are a Chinese boxer, but the branch bank that we went to say that we have bots and advised to ask HR, which in conclusion is really eligible. Very lucky)

* * * Therefore, we recommend that everyone before taking a loan try to inquire with the bots we work for first which bank we have the right to recover at. ❗️ * * *

- The advantage of a home loan with a bank with employee welfare rights is lower interest and approval is easier because there is a guarantee agency that makes us finish our home loan at an orange bank. 🎊🎊

☁ First year, installment per month 8, xxx

☁ Year 2 installment 9 per month, xxx

☁ Year 3 installment 10, xxx per month

☁ Years 4-5 installments 13, xxx per month

☁ Year 6 + installment 15, xxx per month

(Since we choose a house that is less expensive for us, this amount of installment gives us some ability to shade. I think the principle of choosing a house according to moderation will not be too tired. This is our opinion.)

🏡 Documents used to recover home loans.

1. 1 ID card copy

2. 1 copy of the house registration

3. Welfare credentials through entitlement

4. Copy of Marriage Register and Copy of Spouse Identity Card and Register (if applicable) 1 item each

5. 1 copy of the rename-surname (if applicable)

6. 6-Month Retroactive Salary Slip and Payroll Certificate

7.Statement of banks whose salary has been transferred in 6 months backwards, request only from the bank and keep the receipt.

8. In case of liabilities, give the current balance to the bank as well.

9. Any closing documents. After this, the bank will notify again.

(Basically, we have a lot of burdens, too. If we don't have welfare rights, we'll have to go into long debt clearing details.)

🌟 Instructions: For anyone to recover home infection, we recommend reducing credit card use in advance for 3 months.

Because we use every swipe card and pay the full balance at every bank every month.

But maybe the bank sees the balance we spend on credit cards as debt.

So if we take out a loan in the meantime, the bank may assume that we have a credit card debt instead, and that we pay the full amount of credit card money may seem to raise money from other sources to close the debt during the loan period, even more to make the bank suspicious and examine the source of the money (/ / from personal experience).

Finally, for anyone who is going to recover our house, please encourage those who are having their own first house. Fight! 💖🎊✨
