Sausage Pancake Stack

Ingredients

1 lb ground breakfast sausage

1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese

2 cups pancake mix (plus water or milk per package instructions)

Butter (for serving)

Maple syrup (for serving)

Drain excess grease and let it cool slightly.

2. Add Cheese
