2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
3 cups seafood stock
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup whole milk
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
½ tsp paprika
¼ tsp cayenne pepper, optional
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Directions

Sprinkle in the flour and stir for 1 minute. Slowly whisk in the seafood stock until smooth. Add the Old Bay, paprika, cayenne if using, and Worcestershire.
