I usually prepare several bagels at once with different combinations to avoid boredom during the week. If you’re short on time, you can even prepare all the toppings ahead and quickly assemble your bagels each morning. This method greatly reduces lunchtime stress and encourages healthier eating habits. Plus, using simple, fresh ingredients means you don’t need to spend a lot on specialty products. In my experience, the key to successful meal prepping is to keep it simple and delicious.
