Sometimes firguing out what to eat is the most challenging part! I like to get creative and make something different every week. Meal prepping helps so much too! I also write out my meals (breakfast, lunch & dinner) at the beginning of the week so I don't have to really think about it. 3 Ibs down, let's see where the journey take me ❤️

In my first week, I focused on creative, healthy dishes that not only were delicious but also helped in weight loss. I began each day with refreshing options like turmeric shots, which are known for their anti-inflammatory properties, and opted for tea instead of coffee to reduce caffeine intake. Fruits were a staple, as I included various snacks like banana, mango, and pineapple smoothies to satisfy my sweet tooth in a healthy way. Incorporating a variety of fruits not only adds flavor but also provides essential vitamins and minerals for your body. The key is variety; rotating your fruit choices keeps your diet interesting. For meals, I prepared turkey bowls, combining lean protein with black rice and lots of veggies. This meal is not only nutritious but incredibly filling, perfect for those staying active during the challenge. Meal prepping at the beginning of the week has helped me avoid last-minute unhealthy choices and has kept me on track with my goal — to drop 3 pounds in my first week! Perfecting this skill can make your health journey smoother and more enjoyable; the journey continues, and I'm excited to share more of my progress and recipes with you.
