I never thought I would share this publicly.

3 years ago, I was a 3XL girl who avoided mirrors, avoided boutiques, and avoided trying clothes because I was scared of disappointment.

Today, I walked into the same kind of boutique and wore size L.

People only see the “before & after,” but they don’t see the emotional battles, the insecurities, the restarting again and again, and the days you feel like nothing is working.

This journey wasn’t about becoming perfect.

It was about becoming healthier, happier, and more confident than yesterday. 🤍

If you’re on your own journey right now — keep going.

... Read moreEmbarking on a personal transformation journey like this is never easy, and it’s important to recognize the emotional and mental challenges that come alongside the physical changes. Many people don’t realize that weight loss or body transformation involves far more than just diet and exercise. It includes learning to love yourself through moments of doubt, facing insecurities head-on, and persevering when progress feels slow or invisible. One of the most powerful aspects of such a journey is the shift in mindset—from striving for perfection to appreciating every small victory. For example, choosing healthier meals consistently, celebrating when a favorite outfit fits better, or simply feeling more energetic throughout the day. These milestones build confidence and reinforce the motivation to keep going. Another key takeaway is that restarts and setbacks are part of the process. It’s normal to have days where nothing seems to work, but resilience means pushing forward despite these hurdles. Surrounding yourself with supportive people, whether friends, family, or community groups, can provide encouragement and accountability. Additionally, walking into a boutique and feeling comfortable trying clothes that previously felt out of reach is not just about size—it’s about reclaiming your relationship with your body and self-image. This emotional victory often surpasses the physical changes. If you’re on a similar path, remember that every step forward counts, even if it’s small. Focus on becoming healthier and happier, rather than chasing an ideal of perfection. Your journey is unique, and maintaining self-compassion is essential. In summary, transformation is multifaceted, involving physical health, mental strength, and emotional growth. Sharing these stories gives hope to others and highlights the importance of inner confidence alongside external change.

I never liked babies but then I became a mom
I’ll be honest. Before becoming a mom, I never really liked kids. I loved my freedom. I loved quiet spaces. I loved doing whatever I wanted. And I genuinely thought motherhood just… wasn’t for me. Then I had my daughter. And wow… nothing could have prepared me for this. Motherho

I’ve been overseas for 3 years and I think I forgot how to be a good daughter. When you’re long away enough you start to let things slide without noticing — Birthdays become transferred money, Mother’s day becomes a long call…you tell yourself it’s the thought that counts and eventually you sto

Never materialistic but i cry when i feel love❤️‍🩹😭
I’ve never been a materialistic person. Money, possessions, and status don’t hold any significance for me. Even if you gifted me the most expensive gift in the world, I’d smile, but it wouldn’t reach the core of my being. What truly touches my soul is love—the kind that manifests in the smallest, m
