What keeps you going?
My chaos clan. My crew. My people. My village. I couldn’t fit it all in one because there is key people missing from this specific video, but my people in general. The ones who are in all the different aspects of my life. I appreciate them.
Reflecting on what truly keeps us going, I’ve come to realize that it’s often the people around us—the ones we call our village or crew—who provide the greatest motivation. Life can get chaotic and overwhelming, but having a support network anchored in genuine care and understanding makes all the difference. I’ve experienced firsthand how sharing my struggles and successes with close friends and family not only lightens the load but also inspires me to keep pushing forward. Building such a village isn’t always easy. It takes time and vulnerability to connect deeply with others, but the payoff is invaluable. When you appreciate and lean on your chaos clan, they become your anchors during turbulent times and your cheerleaders during moments of triumph. This mutual bond fosters resilience and joy, creating a foundation where you can thrive. From my experience, it’s important to acknowledge everyone’s unique role in your journey, even those who might not be present at every moment but still contribute to your overall support system. Celebrating this interconnectedness strengthens relationships and reminds us that we're not alone in our endeavors. Whether it’s family, friends, mentors, or colleagues, taking time to appreciate these connections can reignite your passion and determination. In times of doubt or fatigue, I return to the thought of my people—my village. They remind me why I started and why I must continue. So, if you ever wonder “What keeps you going?” pause to recognize and cherish those by your side. Their support is often the unspoken driving force behind your perseverance and success.
