Feel hate for yourself

All of a sudden, we feel a lot of self-loathing without reason, can't find why we feel like this. Just wake up and get tired of our own lives, feeling that we have nothing good, not good at doing anything without success, only stress, wherever there is, so that sometimes we are annoyed with ourselves, not even our habits, thoughts, or everything in ourselves.

Today we often look at old pictures of ourselves - when we smile, laugh, are really happy, it makes us hate ourselves even more, why we let life become like this, why we lose that self.

We're bored, tired, worthless, and sometimes we don't know how to live with ourselves.
