Ingredients ▢ 2 apples, thinly sliced I prefer one tangy and one sweeter apple like Granny Smith and Honeycrisp ▢ 1/2 cup Greek yogurt ▢ 1/4 cup peanut butter* melted for 20-30 seconds so it pours easily ▢ 1/4 cup caramel sauce* ▢ 1/4 cup chocolate chips* ▢ 1/4 cup chopped peanuts Instructions In a large bowl, add the thinly sliced apples. Top it with the Greek yogurt, melted peanut butter, and caramel sauce. Sprinkle the chocolate chips and chopped peanuts over the top. Mix everything with a spatula until the apples are well-coated. Enjoy immediately or store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Notes Use either natural peanut butter or emulsified peanut butter such as Jif. Select a caramel sauce that’s thick and not runny, as it will make the salad runny and drippy. You can use whichever type of chocolate chips you prefer milk, semi-sweet, or dark chocolate. I adore these low-sugar chocolate chips for healthier no-bake recipes
