Açaí bowl

This has been my go to snack in the summer. It’s refreshing and you can always switch it up. To blend my açaí I use one packet of açaí and blend it with one frozen banana, chia seeds , two large strawberries and apple juice then just add toppings of your choice. What are you favorite topping on

Cucumbers

Two months ago we germinated some cucumber seeds and watch them slowly sprout. We moved them into our garden bed with a mix of soil, cow manure and mulch shortly after. Once a week for the first month we have them super thrive to help them establish. I’m so excited to start harvesting them. Anyone

GARDEN GROWTH
