Weekly Breakfast Smoothie Prep

Hey 🍋s! Every morning, I start the day off with a fruit smoothie. With getting myself and my children ready for school and work, it can sometimes be difficult to put time aside to make my breakfast. As a work around, I find it easier to just prep the weekend before; that way I can just throw it into the blender with some water, grab a straw, and go. This week I used mangoes, pineapple, strawberries, peaches and bananas. I tend to mix up the fruit so that I am not drinking the same kind each morning. Examples are:

Strawberry, banana, peach

Mango, banana, pineapple

Pineapple, peach, mango

Strawberry, mango, pineapple

I love them all!! I usually add a half of avocado in my smoothie as well, but I forgot to buy them, so next week it is🤷🏾‍♀️.
