A few words made me want to be a nurse (hospital) again. 🚨

🔋🪫 shared experience working in the nursing profession for almost 10 years, through a lot of experience, but chose to stay in the factory because he was impaired.

Graduation > > Use of the Hospital Scholarship > > Resign to the Civil Service > > Work, Free Lance, Factory Line > > Return to the Hospital for 2 months?? > > Resign, travel to the Nurse of the Establishment to the present day.

Bonat graduated from a nursing college.

💬 After leaving the factory for the first time, intending to do a few years, and then returned to the hospital with a strong desire to work, we decided to go back to the hospital during one of the COVID sessions, but the two-month-old resigned, no longer tolerating Toxic.

💭, a fellow nurse in the ward is cute, attentive to teaching a good job. We have experience in the delivery room, factory, nursing room, ward work is a very new job. But then one of the senior nurses said, "I can't do anything in the factory." And every time I have to go up together, I feel that he will always resent us. I personally study hard. But when I say it often, I feel that he is undervalued. I can do it. I do not intend to be a burden on my friends. But I feel that this is not our place to go to where we are worth it. Then I go back to the nursing line. The factory is a full-time employee who feels fun and valuable in himself.

Many people may think that just the words themselves, why judge and take yourself out of a stable job > > Because the words are impairing, we do not want to be depressed from work, so make decisions for ourselves.

(Each person comes across a different life story, affecting patience and choosing a path.

🩷💗🤍✌️✌️ I met my colleagues very cute. We still love and respect the nursing profession, but choose to work where the body and mind support is important first.

It is encouraging for all your professional friends to know that they are tired, heavy, and sorry from the heart that this child uses this scholarship to choose selfishly...

👩‍⚕️ for those who are interested in being a nurse, being a regular employee of the company, do not pass the hospital, can inquire, welcome to share ✌️🎉
