💬 After leaving the factory for the first time, intending to do a few years, and then returned to the hospital with a strong desire to work, we decided to go back to the hospital during one of the COVID sessions, but the two-month-old resigned, no longer tolerating Toxic.
💭, a fellow nurse in the ward is cute, attentive to teaching a good job. We have experience in the delivery room, factory, nursing room, ward work is a very new job. But then one of the senior nurses said, "I can't do anything in the factory." And every time I have to go up together, I feel that he will always resent us. I personally study hard. But when I say it often, I feel that he is undervalued. I can do it. I do not intend to be a burden on my friends. But I feel that this is not our place to go to where we are worth it. Then I go back to the nursing line. The factory is a full-time employee who feels fun and valuable in himself.

หลายคนชอบถามเราว่า “ทำไมถึงอยากเป็นพยาบาล” ทั้งที่งานหนัก เวรดึกเยอะ เจอความกดดันตลอดเวลา สำหรับเราคำตอบมันไม่ใช่แค่ “อยากใส่ชุดพยาบาล” หรือภาพจำเรื่องความมั่นคง แต่เป็นความรู้สึกว่าเราได้ “อยู่ข้างคน” ในช่วงที่เขาเปราะบางที่สุด และได้ใช้ความรู้ช่วยให้เขาปลอดภัยขึ้นจริงๆ เหตุผลแรกที่ทำให้เราอยากเป็นพยาบาล คือมันเป็นงานที่เห็นผลลัพธ์ชัดมาก บางวันแค่จัดท่าคนไข้ให้หายใจสะดวก ประเมินอาการไว สื่อสารกับทีมทันเวลา คนไข้ก็พ้นวิกฤตได้ เรารู้สึกว่าตัวเองมีประโยชน์ ไม่ได้ทำงานไปวันๆ เหตุผลที่สอง คือความภูมิใจแบบเงียบๆ เวลาญาติหรือคนไข้พูดว่า “ขอบคุณนะคะ/ครับ” มันเป็นพลังใจที่ซื้อไม่ได้ ต่อให้วันนั้นจะเหนื่อยแค่ไหนก็ยังรู้สึกว่าอาชีพนี้มีความหมาย แต่ความจริงอีกด้านคือ “สภาพแวดล้อม” มีผลมากกว่าที่คิด หลายคนสงสัยว่าทำไมถึงลาออกจากงานรพ.ที่ดูมั่นคง บางที่มีภาพจำเรื่องระบบราชการที่ดีด้วยซ้ำ สำหรับเรา สิ่งที่บั่นทอนที่สุดไม่ใช่งานยาก แต่เป็นคำพูดและท่าทีที่ทำให้รู้สึกว่าเราไม่มีค่า เช่นการถูกเหมารวมว่าเคยอยู่โรงงานแล้วทำอะไรไม่เป็น ทั้งที่เราตั้งใจเรียนรู้งานและไม่อยากเป็นภาระใครเลย ถ้าใครกำลังลังเลว่าควรอยู่ต่อไหม เราอยากชวนเช็ก 3 อย่างแบบตรงไปตรงมา 1) สุขภาพใจ: นอนไม่หลับ เครียดก่อนขึ้นเวร ร้องไห้บ่อย หรือเริ่มหมดแรงกับชีวิตไหม 2) ระบบสนับสนุน: มีพี่/เพื่อนร่วมงานที่สอนงานและคุยได้จริงหรือเปล่า หรือมีแต่การตำหนิ 3) ทางเลือกในวิชาชีพ: พยาบาลไม่ได้มีแค่รพ. ยังมีพยาบาลประจำสถานประกอบการ (พยาบาลโรงงาน), คลินิก, ประกัน, อาชีวอนามัย, งานสอน/อบรม ฯลฯ สำหรับเรา การมาเป็นพยาบาลประจำสถานประกอบการทำให้ได้ใช้ความรู้เหมือนเดิม แต่โฟกัสไปที่การป้องกัน ดูแลพนักงาน ตรวจสุขภาพ ให้คำแนะนำด้านอาชีวอนามัย และจัดการเคสปฐมพยาบาลเบื้องต้น งานอาจไม่หวือหวาเท่าวอร์ด แต่ความเครียดลดลงมาก และเรากลับมารู้สึก “มีคุณค่า” อีกครั้ง สุดท้าย ถ้าคุณยังถามตัวเองว่า “ทำไมถึงอยากเป็นพยาบาล” เราว่าคำตอบที่ดีที่สุดคือ เหตุผลที่ทำให้ใจเรายังอยากดูแลคนอื่นได้ โดยไม่ทำร้ายตัวเองไปพร้อมกัน ไม่ว่าจะอยู่รพ.หรืออยู่โรงงาน ถ้ายังทำหน้าที่ด้วยความรับผิดชอบและเมตตา คุณก็เป็นพยาบาลที่ดีได้เหมือนกัน
