• 2 sticks unsalted butter

• 1/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice

• 1 tbsp olive oil

• Garlicky & Spicy Seasoning (Trader Joe’s)

• Garlic powder

• 4 cloves garlic, peeled & smashed

• Dash of Pink Himalayan salt (to taste)

• Fresh scallions, chopped

• Argentina shrimp (seasoned & marinated)

• Gadré Surimi Snow Leg Style (imitation crab)

🔥 Instructions:

1. Boil noodles until tender. Set aside.

2. Air fry seasoned shrimp and imitation crab until golden (approx. 8–10 min at 400°F).

3. In a saucepan on simmer:

• Melt butter

• Add olive oil and lemon juice

• Stir in smashed garlic, garlic powder, seasoning packets from noodles, Garlicky & Spicy blend, and salt

• Simmer gently until well combined

• Add chopped scallions at the very end for freshness

4. Toss everything together — noodles, air-fried shrimp & crab, and the buttery garlic sauce.

Hey there :) I made this recipe inspired by my favorite Korean cook on YouTube, Maangchi. Her recipe calls for corn syrup or sugar but I try to refrain from added sugar. Maple Syrup is a good alternative and you can’t taste the difference. I also added the korean mung bean sprouts to this rec
