Ham and Corn Potato Chowder

🥔 Make It 🍋

Soup Season!

Chop your garlic, onion and carrots. Sauté with some olive oil. Add your ham and sauté. Add 8 potatoes, chopped. Season with paprika, salt, pepper, crushed red pepper, a drizzle of honey, the zest of a lemon and its juice. Add enough chicken broth to cover the potatoes then simmer until everything is soft and cooked.

With a potatoes masher, mash up the potatoes until a chunky consistency. Add a can of corn with the liquid, 2 Tablespoons half and half and half a cup sour cream. Mix together

Serve with green onions 🥣
