ถ้าใครเสิร์ชหา “ร้านอาหารไทยมิชลิน” แล้วอยากได้ฟีลมื้อพิเศษแบบพาแขก/พาครอบครัว/เดทแล้วไม่พลาด โรงรสเป็นหนึ่งร้านที่ฉันคิดว่า “ตอบโจทย์ครบ” เพราะได้ทั้งรสชาติอาหารไทยที่ทำออกมาละเมียด และบรรยากาศริมแม่น้ำเจ้าพระยาที่มองเห็นวัดอรุณแบบเต็ม ๆ โดยเฉพาะช่วงเย็นจนถึงกลางคืนที่เปิดไฟแล้ววิวสวยมาก (ให้คะแนนแบบไม่อวย 10/10 จริง) มุมที่ควรเล็งที่สุดคือโต๊ะริมหน้าต่างติดแม่น้ำ เพราะจะได้วิววัดอรุณแบบไม่มีอะไรบัง แนะนำให้ “โทรจอง” และบอกความต้องการโต๊ะให้ชัดเจนตั้งแต่แรก (โต๊ะไม่เยอะ) ถ้าไปช่วงวันหยุดสำคัญ/เทศกาล ควรถามเรื่อง Minimum Spend ไว้ก่อน จะได้วางงบถูก ส่วนวันปกติบรรยากาศจะชิลกว่าและมีความเป็นส่วนตัวดีมาก เรื่องอาหาร ถ้าตั้งใจมาลองร้านอาหารไทยมิชลินไกด์ ฉันว่าเลือกสั่งให้มีทั้งกับข้าวเข้มข้น + เมนูทานเพลิน + ของหวาน จะสนุกที่สุด เช่น ไข่พะโล้ผัดแห้งเป็นเมนูที่แปลกดี รสจะเข้มข้น หอมเครื่อง กินกับข้าวแล้วลงตัว ส่วนข้าวผัดสับปะรดที่เสิร์ฟมาในลูกสับปะรดคือหน้าตาดีมาก เหมาะกับการมาเป็นกลุ่ม แบ่งกันชิมหลายอย่าง อีกจานที่ฉันชอบคือหมูกรอบคั่วพริกเกลือ กลิ่นพริกกระเทียมชัด กรอบกำลังดี (สายกับแกล้มจะถูกใจ) แล้วตบท้ายด้วยข้าวเหนียวมะม่วงคือดีแบบไม่ต้องคิดเยอะ มะม่วงหวานฉ่ำ ช่วยปิดมื้อได้ฟิน ๆ ถ้าอยากเพิ่มความพิเศษ ลองสั่ง Signature Cocktail แล้วนั่งดูวิววัดอรุณยาว ๆ จะได้ฟีลดินเนอร์ริมแม่น้ำแบบครบเซ็ต ร้านมีเมนูเครื่องดื่มค่อนข้างหลากหลายทั้งค็อกเทล เบียร์ ชา น้ำผลไม้ ใครไม่ดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ก็ยังเลือกได้ การเดินทาง: ซอยค่อนข้างแคบและที่จอดไม่เยอะ ฉันแนะนำให้เผื่อเวลา หรือเลือกจอดริมถนนแถวโรงเรียนราชินีแล้วเดินต่อจะสบายใจกว่า อีกทางคือข้ามเรือมาแล้วเดินเข้าร้านที่อยู่ติดท่าเรือ เดินทางง่ายและได้บรรยากาศริมแม่น้ำตั้งแต่ก่อนถึงร้าน สรุปสำหรับคนหา “ร้านอาหารไทยมิชลิน” ในกรุงเทพฯ ที่ได้ทั้งรสชาติและวิว โรงรสเหมาะมาก โดยเฉพาะถ้าตั้งใจมาถ่ายรูปวิววัดอรุณตอนกลางคืน แนะนำให้จองโต๊ะดี ๆ แล้วมาในช่วงพระอาทิตย์กำลังตก รับรองว่าได้ทั้งภาพและประสบการณ์แบบคุ้มจริง
