✔️ 10 oz frozen mixed veggies

✔️ 1¾ cups reserved chicken broth

For the Biscuits:

✔️ 2½ cups all-purpose flour

✔️ 1 Tbsp + 1 tsp baking powder

✔️ ¾ tsp kosher salt

✔️ ¼ cup butter or shortening

✔️ 1 cup milk

👩‍🍳 How to Make It:

1. Boil chicken until cooked, then chop. Save 1¾ cups of broth.

2. Sauté celery, onion & butter. Add flour, spices, bouillon.

3. Stir in broth & milk until thickened.

5. Mix biscuit dough, roll out, cut circles.
