Dumpling Soup 🥣

This one’s a hug in a bowl—savory, steamy, and packed with flavor. The broth is rich and garlicky, the dumplings are soft and satisfying, and the bok choy adds the perfect fresh crunch. Your weeknight dinner just got a major upgrade! 💯

🛒 Ingredients:

✔️ 2 Tbsp sesame oil

✔️ 6 cloves garlic, minced

✔️ 2 Tbsp fresh ginger, minced

✔️ 6–8 green onions, chopped (white & green parts)

✔️ ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce

✔️ 2 Tbsp rice vinegar

✔️ Pinch of sugar

✔️ 8 cups chicken or veggie broth

✔️ White or black pepper, to taste

✔️ 1 lb frozen mini dumplings or wontons

✔️ 4 baby bok choy (or 1 large), chopped

✔️ Chili crisp, for garnish

✔️ Fresh cilantro, for garnish

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

1. Heat sesame oil in a soup pot over medium heat. Sauté garlic, ginger, and white parts of green onions for 2 minutes.

2. Stir in soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and broth. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 5 minutes. Season with pepper.

3. Meanwhile, boil dumplings in a separate pot until they float. Drain.

4. Add bok choy and half the green onions to broth. Simmer for 2 minutes, until wilted.

5. Serve 8 dumplings per bowl, ladle broth over top, and garnish with chili crisp, green onions, and cilantro.
