How I Balance My Mood Naturally
I used to think feeling good was just about getting enough sleep or treating myself once in a while but truthfully, my mood was all over the place until I learned how much happiness hormones actually impact how I feel.
Now, I focus on keeping my dopamine, serotonin, endorphins, and oxytocin in check with simple daily habits that don’t cost a thing. No fancy routine. Just being intentional with how I move, connect, eat, and start + end my day.
Morning – I get sunlight, make a mini to do list, and eat protein to fuel my brain.
Midday – I move my body even dancing while cleaning counts lol and play music that lifts my mood.
Evening – I prioritize connection and gratitude to naturally boost oxytocin before bed.
I still have off days, but this routine helps me bounce back quicker and stay grounded.
