Trader Joe’s Salmon Caesar Salad

I finally tried the viral Trader Joe’s Salmon Caesar Salad Kit and here’s my honest take.

The flavor was actually really good. The Romano Caesar dressing is creamy, garlicky, and slightly tangy, and the lemon in it gives the salad a fresh, bright taste. The parmesan crisps add a nice crunch, and the greens were crisp and fresh.

The salmon itself had flavor lightly smoky and tender but I do wish they added more. That was my main issue.

It’s definitely giving quick, easy lunch. Something you can throw together fast and eat on the go.
