This Salmon Caesar salad has become my go-to meal whenever I want something healthy AND tasty. It's so good and super easy to make. Just cook your salmon, chop up your veggies, plate, then sprinkle everything with breadcrumbs for a true restaurant feel!

When I'm feeling crafty, I add things like red onions, sun dried tomatoes, and sprouts to the mix.
