⭐️Overall rating: 5/5: - I love being able to run in the Spartan race earlier this week! I didn’t do any intense training before hand and just ran to have fun. What helped a lot was having a friend to run with me and motivate each other. It was amazing to see the work my body could do for me

I completed my first Spartan Race! 🏃🏾‍♀️

What an experience! It was both fun and one of the biggest physical challenges I’ve taken on. A 5K run with 20 obstacles pushed me out of my comfort zone in the best way.
