PB Toast 🍞 w/ Honey 🍯& Grapes 🍇
Turkey Sandwich & Protein Shake
Iced Coffee (technically protein coffee)
Chicken & Spaghetti Squash
Protein Yogurt with Ginger & Protein Granola
2 Packs of Sweet Tarts
I also drank my preworkout that has creatine & glutamine mixed in electrolytes, I drank BCAAs and Collagen & about 85oz of water 😊
I aim for ~150g of protein per day,
and I weigh between 146-150lbs currently!
