Healing Is Not a Race
There is so much pressure to "move on," "get over it," or arrive at some final version of healing. But healing rarely happens in a straight line. Some days you will feel strong and grounded. Other days old wounds may resurface, and that does not mean you are moving backward.
Growth often unfolds quietly in the boundaries you set, the peace you protect, the conversations you finally have, and the ways you choose yourself differently than before.
Honor your process. Give yourself permission to heal at your own pace. The life you are building is still unfolding, and you do not have to rush what is still becoming.
What part of your healing journey are you learning to be more patient with?
