📌Before being diagnosed with arrhythmia at the age of 28, what kind of life did you live before?

Most people think we have heart disease at birth, but we just tested it at the age of 28.

We, like many people, are healthy overall, have sporadic admins, exercise regularly, but have some lifestyle behaviors that may trigger or affect disease without us knowing it.

_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _

1. Sleep less and sleep late

In the past, we slept 5-6 hours a day, which was little. For the age of 2, we worked long hauls from 10: 00 to around 2: 00. Before sleeping, sometimes at 3-4, depending on whether the day was a lot of work.

We've been doing this since college, but even with this life, Energie is still overflowing, not feeling tired, called brain consciousness, ready to deal with work all the time.

2. Caffeine & Alcohol

We have been addicted to coffee since college because we have to read the morning book. Some days do not sleep at all. After graduation, we eat like a normal person, but have to eat every morning. Eat a little slow, migraine ask.

Alcohol started drinking during school, but not much. It was considered small. But came to drink a lot when starting to work regularly, met friends every time, drank every time, drank until there was a pave in the ear. The house was spun, so the doctor ordered to stop drinking at the age of 26-27, but not sorry, because before that, it was worth drinking. 😂

3. Exercise beyond power

I like cardio very much. I used to exercise one day for 2-3 hours. I had a tired rhythm. But I was afraid that I couldn't burn it.

There was one time when the Heart Rate stayed 180 until it was sent into the ER. That round was to find a lot. It was the first day of menstruation and still forced exercise. Because at that time, I just thought that I would be able to fight.

4. Easy stress & rarely let go

This one came to know later that I am a type. Perfectionist likes to deal with trivial things. What pressure do you experience? Emphasis is patient. Who can't do anything wrong? Never mind. We do this with everything in the house. Work is easy to stress without knowing it. And then you know that stress is not letting go. Because everything is driven by resentment. 🤣

_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _

The rhythm was to remember that it was stressful, but not stressed about the neck of death. One day I felt a strange heartbeat and suddenly flashed, the screen went off for about 10 seconds, but when I came to live, there was no fatigue, but I was afraid that I would come again. My sister and brother-in-law sent to the ER hospital near my house.

And that round of going to the hospital was the beginning before later detecting Bigeminy's arrhythmia.

In our case, the doctor estimated that it was still very mild, that there was no need for special treatment or surgery, only a follow-up appointment every three months, so now it's like having an additional brother as a doctor. 😝

But if the symptoms are more frequent or suspected to be more severe, the doctor will put on a Holter machine to track the heart rhythm. We have been addicted to Holter twice in the past. Both tests have not yet shown that the condition is serious, so the appointment is done every three months.

In fact, this disease has a lot of stories. If anyone realizes that there are these symptoms, the rhythm of the symptoms, hurry yourself to the doctor (* The severity and risk of each person is not equal, let the cardiologist assess), if we hurry, because the likelihood of detection of the disease is high, can be treated quickly + correctly.

FYI

This post is just a personal experience. It doesn't mean that anyone who behaves like us has arrhythmia, because it can be caused by many factors, and the basis of each person's body is different.
