What I ate today in a calorie deficit 1/30
I guess all that baking yesterday and eating the batter and icing made the scale go up 2 whole pounds 😖😖 it happens every single time.
Breakfast: I ran out of my shake and cereal bar so I only had a prime bite brownie to eat
Lunch- Honeycrisp apple and skinny pop popcorn
Snack- as you can see I ate slightly over half of my mini loaf cake.
Dinner- I actually forgot to take a picture but had a 6” sub from subway. Ham and cheese only
