... Read moreGetting a new bike is always exciting, but as a new rider, the learning curve can be steep, as I quickly found out with my Yamaha R7. Stalling the bike between 15 to 20 times during the first rides might sound frustrating, but it’s actually a common experience for new motorcyclists. It taught me the importance of patience and practice to build confidence. One unexpected moment was when I accidentally ran over a curb. Thankfully, I was fine, and this mishap reminded me that safety gear and staying calm under pressure are essential. Wearing proper protective equipment like helmets, gloves, and armored clothing gave me peace of mind despite these beginner mistakes. If you are a new rider too, here are some tips that helped me avoid repeated stalls and improve control: - Practice clutch control in a safe, open area until you get a feel for the bike’s response. - Start slow and take breaks to avoid fatigue and frustration. - Watch tutorial videos and connect with rider communities for advice and encouragement. - Always conduct a safety check of the bike before each ride to prevent mechanical issues. Getting familiar with bike handling and road conditions progressively made my rides more enjoyable. Despite the initial fails and stalls, this journey taught me perseverance and how to enjoy the thrill of riding safely. If you’re a new rider or thinking about learning, remember it’s normal to stumble at first, but the freedom you gain on two wheels is worth it.

Eating less is often the reason fat loss has stalled — not the solution. A body that's chronically under-fueled holds onto everything. More food. More precision. More recovery. That's the fix most women never hear about. Save this for the next time someone tells you to just eat less.
