After seven years between babies, I never take a single moment for granted. The sleepless nights, the breastfeeding sessions, the contact naps, the first smiles, and all the little moments in between.

This year felt like a lifetime and a blink at the same time.

Turning 36 and watching my baby celebrate his first birthday has been a remarkable experience that fills me with gratitude and reflection.
