Power Up W/ Cottage Cheese: 3 Easy Protein Recipe!

7/7 Edited to

... Read moreAdding cottage cheese to your meals is a fantastic way to increase your protein intake without sacrificing flavor or convenience. I’ve personally found these recipes to be game-changers, especially when you want something quick but nourishing. The Apple Cinnamon Cottage Cheese Bake is my go-to for a cozy breakfast. The combination of cinnamon, vanilla extract, and maple syrup brings a natural sweetness that perfectly complements the creamy texture of the cottage cheese. I like using almond flour for a low-carb option, but rolled oats make the dish heartier and add a nice chew. For busy mornings, I recommend the Banana Walnut Cottage Cheese Muffins. They bake quickly and store well, making them an ideal grab-and-go snack. The mashed banana naturally sweetens the muffins, so minimal or no added sweetener is needed. Plus, adding a handful of walnuts boosts healthy fats and crunch. I often make a double batch and keep them in the fridge for several days. The Baked Blueberry Cottage Cheese Breakfast Bowls are perfect when you want something light yet filling. Blueberries not only add antioxidants but also a refreshing burst of flavor. Topping them with a dollop of Greek yogurt or extra honey elevates the dessert bowl and makes it even more satisfying. Using oat flour or almond flour keeps these bowls gluten-free or low-carb, depending on your diet. Overall, blending cottage cheese with almond flour or rolled oats opens a versatile range of options for high-protein meals and desserts. These recipes are not only healthy but also simple to prepare, making them accessible for anyone trying to incorporate more protein into their diet. If you’re looking to try these, just swap sweeteners to your preference or add nuts and fruits you love. It’s a flexible and delicious way to power up your day!

Is that 12 cups of oats or 1/2 cup. My guess is 1/2 cup.
