... Read moreFrom my personal experience, achieving glowing skin is definitely a mindful process rather than a matter of luck. One skincare step I absolutely never skip is applying eye patches. These small patches provide an intense dose of hydration and help reduce puffiness and dark circles, which instantly brightens the eye area and contributes to an overall radiant look. I also emphasize hydration — both topically and internally. Drinking plenty of water throughout the day plays a big role in keeping the skin plump and fresh. Topically, I use a gentle but effective moisturizer suited to my skin type immediately after cleansing to lock in moisture. Another routine I find essential is exfoliation, but not overdoing it. I exfoliate once or twice a week with gentle exfoliants to remove dead skin cells and promote the skin’s natural renewal process. This step helps reveal fresh, glowing skin beneath. Consistency is key. No single product or shortcut will produce glass-like, glowing skin overnight. Combining a balanced skincare routine including cleansing, moisturizing, eye care, and occasional exfoliation, along with a healthy lifestyle, will give the best long-term results. Lastly, don’t underestimate the value of sunscreen. Protecting your skin from UV damage prevents premature aging and pigmentation issues, helping your glow stay brighter for longer. Incorporating broad-spectrum SPF daily is an absolute must if you want to maintain healthy and radiant skin.
