Recipe of chili sauce mixed with roasted dried chili peppers
Ingredients
* 20-25 red fresh peppers
* 8-10 large, roasted dried peppers
* 8-10 shallots
* 10 cloves Thai garlic
* 1 teaspoon paste
* 2-3 tablespoons fish sauce
* 2 tablespoons lemon juice
* 1-2 tablespoons cooked boiled clavicle (no fit)
* A little oil to put on when stir frying
* (If you like sweet, add sugar, but in the picture, we don't wear it)
How to do
1. Roast the dried peppers until fragrant. Set aside.
2. Roast or roast shallots, garlic, and perfume.

Trick
