Great no equipment back workout! I did use wrist weights though for a little extra resistance! I can't stand SuperMans and Y Raises so not too much on how I look doing those because I know the form is trash! 4 sets of 15 for everything! HAPPY UNBIGGING 😆 🤣 #healthylifestyle
