We really hope this helps everyone get more sleep ❤️
Don’t worry us parents can still hear them at all times as we have baby monitors 😉
We put towels under all the doors that need help soundproofing…For example, both of our kids have them under the doors in their room, and we also put one under my mom’s room when she was staying. It helped so much!

Creating a quiet and calming sleep environment is essential for improving your baby or toddler's sleep quality. One of the most effective and budget-friendly soundproofing methods is placing towels under doors to block out disruptive noises from adjoining rooms or hallways. This prevents sound from sneaking in under the door gaps, which can often disturb young children’s sleep cycles. In addition to physical barriers like towels, using baby monitors allows parents to keep an ear out for their child without having to be in the same room. This balance between soundproofing and monitoring ensures safety while promoting uninterrupted rest. Other soundproofing ideas include using heavy curtains, soft floor rugs, or white noise machines to mask background noises effectively. White noise machines, in particular, create consistent ambient sounds that can soothe babies and toddlers and help mask sudden disruptive noises. Moreover, establishing a consistent bedtime routine combined with a quiet bedroom environment can significantly improve sleep patterns. Ensuring the room temperature is comfortable, dimming the lights, and limiting stimulating activities before bedtime also contribute to better sleep quality. Parents often find these DIY soundproofing hacks practical and accessible, enhancing family well-being by promoting longer and deeper sleep for children. Ensuring restful nights for babies and toddlers supports their growth, mood, and overall health while giving parents much-needed rest.
