The program’s structure demands two workouts a day, drinking a gallon of water, reading 10 pages of a non-fiction book, eating in a calorie deficit, and sticking to your routine without exceptions. From personal experience, planning and time management are key. I split my workouts into morning and evening sessions, which helps me stay energized and prevents burnout. Drinking enough water throughout the day can be challenging at the office, so I keep a large reusable bottle at my desk as a reminder. Reading 10 pages daily offers a great mental break and keeps you motivated, especially when tiring physically. The diet aspect — eating in a deficit — requires meal prepping to avoid unhealthy snacking and save time. Tracking meals with an app helps maintain accuracy. Maintaining this discipline while working full-time taught me resilience and boosted my confidence. It also improved my overall wellness and productivity. Although the 75 Hard challenge is tough, embracing it with a busy schedule is doable and can lead to profound lifestyle changes that extend far beyond fitness.
