These options help me maintain discipline without feeling deprived. The keywords from my experience include 'eat in a deficit,' '2nd workout,' and 'ice cream' — all pointing to how balance and enjoyment can coexist. Additionally, reading 10 pages daily from self-improvement books has kept me mentally focused and motivated throughout the challenge. Hydration also plays a vital role; drinking plenty of water keeps energy levels up and aids recovery. For anyone taking on 75 Hard with a full-time job, the key is to prioritize planning, preparation, and cultivating small habits that support your goals. Remember, consistency over perfection wins the day.
