the longer you avoid this, the longer it will take you to get a solid hold🙂↕️
once you actually start doing the wall drills consistently -that’s when you’ll start to see progress in your hold
USE the wall to get better OFF the wall!! stop seeing it as a “crutch” and start seeing it as a TOOL to help you improve :)
most people I help with handstands just need more wall work! (unless it’s a shoulder mobility issue-then I usually suggest prioritizing mobility work)
not using the wall is holding you back from progressing and I just want to see your handstand thrive okkk😂🫶
