My Go-To Balanced Breakfast 💛⛅️

When I know I have a busy day ahead, meal prepping my breakfast the night before is a must for me and overnight oats is the easiest, most filling breakfast in my opinion too! ☀️

💛I love overnight oats so much for a couple reasons,

- Great carb source - in the morning a healthy carb source is going to help boost those energy levels quick

- Protein !!! - a healthy dose of protein is a good way to stay fuller for longer and also help with energy levels

- Healthy fats + fiber - by adding chia seeds you’re getting the added benefit of a healthy fat and adding even more fiber into your meal, a win / win for your digestion!

👉🏼You can also really switch up your overnight oats combination and add in different ingredients to keep things different, since eating the same thing day after day isn’t always fun! Have you tried overnight oats before? LMK in the comments!
