Full Body Moves for Growth + Fat Loss ❤️🔥
A full body workout is my favorite lift of the week. If your main goal is muscle growth you NEED to be working out each muscle group 2x a week, so a full body workout is a great way to get that done!
🌟 My current workout split for muscle growth / fat loss is 1) lower body 2) upper body 3) cardio and abs 4) full body.
