Do you REALLY feel a difference from supplements?
Do supplements really work… or is it just another way for the wellness industry to make money? 👀
I’ve been so back and forth on this topic. On one hand, supplements can be super helpful — but on the other hand, so many people take them without knowing what their body actually needs. Personally, I take iron because I’m iron deficient, and I also take probiotics + prebiotics for my gut health. Those have helped me, but everything else? I’m honestly torn.
I do take a couple daily supplements, but ONLY after talking with my doctor to make sure they’re actually right for me. A lot of people don’t realize that taking supplements when you’re not deficient — or without medical guidance — can actually be dangerous. “More” doesn’t always mean better.
So please talk to a healthcare provider before adding anything new into your routine 🤍
Now I’m curious…
Do supplements actually work for you?
Do you swear by any?
Or do you think they’re totally overrated and just another wellness money-grab?
Let’s talk about it 👇💬
