Sam’s Club Meal Prep Haul

Did a great restock today of meal prep essentials from #samsclub (I’ll list what I couldn’t add to photos below) ⬇️

Most of these are typical essentials for me!

Bag of onions (for cooking)

Huge bag of frozen organic broccoli (and the bags are individually packaged for steaming)

Big pack of Waterloo sparkling water

3 pack of lean grass fed ground beef

Yoggies

I of course start with the pre-grilled chicken but this not only makes great prepped recipes for me, but family as well. I’ll grab some random canned goods and veggies and such that we don’t necessarily need in bulk from the store to add to this.

One of my top tips for maximizing your Sam's Club meal prep is to go in with a flexible plan. I usually focus on stocking up on versatile proteins and long-lasting produce. For instance, those pre-grilled Italian-style chicken breasts are a staple for me. They’re already cooked and seasoned, so I can just slice them up for quick salads, stuff them into those low-carb street taco tortillas for an easy lunch, or shred them to mix into a stir-fry with some organic snipped green beans. Talk about a time-saver! Another must-have is the 93% lean ground turkey. It comes in a great bulk pack, perfect for making a huge batch of turkey chili or my favorite 'egg roll in a bowl' recipe. It freezes beautifully too, so I often cook up a big portion and freeze half for later. And let's not forget the organic boneless, skinless chicken thighs; they're fantastic for roasting with sweet potatoes and a bag of onions for a sheet pan dinner that lasts for days. Sam’s Club also excels in convenient, healthy sides and snacks. I always grab a bag of frozen organic broccoli – the individually packaged steamer bags are a lifesaver for quick veggie servings. For breakfast, those fully cooked chicken breakfast links with hatch chile and cheddar are perfect for throwing into a quick protein-packed burrito, or a side with some scrambled eggs.
